I"m Sophie Brewster and I'm an IFBB Wellness Pro with 8 years of experience as a competitor and a female coach.
I am so passionate about bodybuilding and working with women to reach for their dreams in the sport.
I want to lead by example, sharing what I've learned on my journey and how I got to where I am today.

WHAT IS COMPETITIOn COACHING
Through coaching we will work to sculpt your physique to that Bikini or Wellness look.
Through your personalised programmes, my knowledge, experience and support, I will make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed and bring your absolute best to the stage.
Be ready to challenge yourself and push your limits. Competing takes discipline, dedication and a lot of heart.

Your training split, exercise selection, training styles and volume will all be carefully designed for you and your goals
Receive unlimited feedback on your training technique and performance to make sure you are executing movements correctly, but with appropriate intensity.
It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. Your coaching is 1 to 1 and everything is tailored to you.
The best meal plans are the ones that are easy to stick to. The easiest plans to stick to are the ones you enjoy.
As a competitor myself, I know what it takes to be successful. I also know the Bikini and Wellness Classes inside out, on and off the stage.
